Embroidery

Digital embroidery is a process where a design or image is digitized and then stitched onto a fabric using an embroidery machine. The first step in the process is to create or select a design and digitize it using specialized software. This involves converting the design into a format that the embroidery machine can understand and interpret.

Once the design has been digitized, it is loaded onto the embroidery machine and the machine is set up for the specific type of fabric and thread being used. The machine uses a series of needles and thread to stitch the design onto the fabric, following the digitized instructions.

During the embroidery process, the fabric is held in place by a hoop or frame and the machine moves the fabric and needles in the appropriate direction to create the design. The machine can be programmed to make different stitch types, such as satin, zigzag, or running stitches, to create the desired effect.

Once the embroidery is complete, the fabric is removed from the machine and any excess threads are trimmed. The final product is a high-quality, professionally embroidered piece of fabric with the chosen design.
